After consideration of documents submitted by Alpha concerning to approval for the performance of thickness measurement (TM) on board, together with the satisfactory result from the audit executed at Alpha’s office refering to thickness measurement technique, Germanisher Lloyd (GL) decided to issue Alpha with the certificate for the mentioned service by the end of August, 2004.
