PETRO VIETNAM WILL BE MANAGED BYTHE MINISTRYOF INDUSTRY

Recently, In the meeting between Deputy Premier Vu Khoan and the Steering committee of Quang Ngai Province, the Management of Dung Quat Zone,know that Russia will be withdrawing from the No I Refinery oil Factory Dung Quat and provisionally Petro Vietnam will be managed by the Ministry of Industry.Going together with settlement of the passive questions in Petro Vietnam, the Government decision to hasten the rate of progress of the construction of the Factory, the mechanism of management and to create motives to developing Petro Vietnam, and the No I Refinery oil Factory Dung Quat in particular.
