VISUAL INSPECTION AND NDT FOR 03 STATIONS LFS, LBV AND GDC OF CA MAU GAS PROCESSING PLANT

Currently, AlphaNDT have been performing Visual Inspection and NDT services for 03 stations LFS (Landfall station), LBV (Line Block Valve) and GDC (Gas Distribution Center) of Ca Mau processing plant due to contract with PVGas. The scope of work include inspection for deformation, corrosion, crusting and defects on technological pipeline, oil tanks, fire fighting pipeline and vessels, painting layers, etc. using VI, UT and UTM methods.
This work is periodically performed for the purpose to assess plant current status, to set up corrosion data and to give warnings and establish corrective actions.The work has been conducted under supervision of PV Gas, Ca Mau Gas and CA for about 10 days by Vietnamese technicians and foreign expert.
