A NEW PROJECT OF Alpha NDT

On December 10, 2003 Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard offically announced to assign Alpha NDT to carry out NDT works for “DAIHUNG 01” FPU (the owner – PetroVietnam). This is the first time FPU repaired in Vietnam by using a specialized boat because its size is not suitable to dry-docks in Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard. By this time, beside repairing some constructions, DAI HUNG 01 also modifys some of pipe spools so that they can be suiltable to an oil exploitation platform. Overall worth of NDT works is about 30,000 to 40,000 USD and the period may be to April 2004.
