NDT FOR SU TU DEN WHP-B HOOK-UP AND COMISSIONING

Since the end of March 2010, AlphaNDT have been deployed NDT provision for Hook-up and Comissioning of WHP-B Topside at Block 15-1 offshore Ba Ria - Vung Tau for the purpose to boost exploitation capacity of the Su Tu Den field.
WHP-B Topside fabrication is an integrated part of Su Tu Den Field Development Project owned by Cuu Long JOC and contracted by PTSC MC that had fabricated for the time from Dec 2008 to March 2010. AlphaNDT had been assigned to be NDT contractor for the whole onshore fabrication at PTSC Yard. The fabrication has just finished and sailed to Block 15-1 to fix in the existing jacket preparing for operation.
For the Hook-up and Comissioning, AlphaNDT was selected by POS to perform NDT for the structures of Process Fluid - Combined Hydrocarbon Liquid & Vapor Stream, Process Gas - Hydrocarbon gas, Seawater Injection - High Pressure, Open drain, Vent to Atmospheric, Close Drain, Instrument Air, Diesel Fuel, Flare. The job will scheduledly finish on the end of April 2010.
