The services include provision of personnel, equipments and consumables for Magnetic flux leakage testing (MFL) and Internal rotary inspection system (IRIS) for E-11 air fin cooler; Remote field eddy current testing (RFECT) and Internal rotary inspection system (IRIS) for W-01A/B and Deethanizer Reboiler and E-52 Close Drain Heater. Project’s CA is Lloyd’s Register and/or Germanischer Lloyd therefore it requires a strict work quality as well as absolute safety during Project execution. Personnel conducting tubes inspection are required to have a minimum of Eddy current level 2 and a minimum Eddy current level 3 is required to personnel analysing test result. The contractor shall use modern equipments for the work execution such as Corestar omni 100, Panamerican IRIS Ultima VI, RIS pump, IRIS filter and fit up, ect.
The work duration is expectedly within 8 days from starting day.
