After 7 months of execution at PTSC Yard, Vung Tau City, Flarepump fabrication, a part of Su Tu Vang Platform Fabrication Project came to completion. Yesterday, the newly built Flarepump was tugged to Ba Tam, Indonesia to be fixed into the Central Processing and Production which has been constructed by Ray McDemott, a subsidiary of McDemott International at Ba Tam, Indonesia. This Project is owned by Cuu Long Joint Operation Company. The CPP platform after completedly fabricated will be come into operation at SU TU VANG field, a member of SU TU VANG – SU TU TRANG – SU TU DEN Oilfield Group which named “Golden Triangle” having second large oil and gas reserves in Viet Nam (coming after Bach Ho oilfield).
In this project, AphaNDT with the role of NDT subcontractor provided RT, MT, PT and UT services for the whole work at Vung Tau.
