INSPECTION OF NUCLEAR SAFETY AND RADIATION CONTROL AT ALPHA NDT

In compliance with the Decision 111/QĐ -TTra issued by Head of Inspectorate Department – Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) against implementing the policies and law on Nuclear Safety and Radiation Control, today August 11, 2006 the Delegation of the inspectors led by Mr. Dang Quang Huan, Deputy Head of Inspectorate Department - MOST conducted the inspection task at Alpha NDT’ head office.
After three working hours, the Delegation of the inspectosr came to the following conclusion: Alpha NDT have strictly performed regulations of declaration and asking for license of radiation work as stated at the clauses 22, 23 and 24 of the ordinance against Nuclear Safety and Radiation Control issued in year 1996; Alpha NDT have adequately conformed to policies on Nuclear Safety and Radiation Control since its business commencement. In addition, the Delegation of the inspectors petitioned Alpha NDT to intensify the mission of radiation safety and radiation source security.
As a result, the working session demonstrates that Alpha NDT have been greatly aware of matter of Nuclear Safety and Radiation Control throughout its operation.
