ALPHA NDT NORTHERN BRANCH – NEW PROJECT

In June and July, 2006, beside supplying NDT services and  consultant for shipbuilding classified by BV, Alpha NDT Northern Branch has also carried out to consult to establish the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), welding material control procedure, Welder Qualification Procedure, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Welding repair procedure etc… as well as for welding procedure qualification (WPQR), welder qualification and applied welder qualification badge (WB) for Construction and Mechanical Corporation (COMA). This work is very important to prepare  for fabrication/installing the underground drain water piping system of Dung Quat Refinery project, the Welding procedure Qualification and Welder Qualification has executed at Coma 7 (Hanoi) and Dung Quat Refinery Project site with the witness/ supervise of the Dung Quat Refinery Poject Management Board, main contractor - Technip’s representative and the subcontractor – Vinaconex.
