ALPHA NDT’S TECHNICIAN ATTEND THE UT COURSE IN MALAYSIA

In order to continuously follow the personnel training policy, Alpha NDT just sent Mr Tran Quoc Dung to Malaysia to attend the course on UT at level 2 held by TWI SEA at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The twelve-day course which started from July 17, 2006 to July 28, 2006 was organized against the internationally agreed standards and organizations, namely PCN.
Being established in 1993, TWI SEA is the approved training and examining body of TWI Group, the operating arm of The Welding Institute, one of the world's foremost independent research and technology organizations with quality assurance scheme accredited to ISO 9001:2000 by LRQA. TWI SEA has been authorized to organize training courses as well as exams on NDT methods in accordance with UKAS’s recognized bodies such as PCN, ASNT, AWS, CSWIP, following to European standard of EN 45013. Any person who issued with the certificate having related value will be considered to have full of ability and permitted to carry out the NDT works independently anywhere in the world.
Mr. Dung’s one of key personnel who’s recorgnized with his significant contributrion to Alpha NDT development. Dung’s also the staff who has gained most NDT certificates by well-known organizations worldwide and in Viet Nam such as Talon NDT (UK), Setsco (Singapore), TWI (Malaysia), CNT (VietNam).
After this course, he will join the RI PCN course also conducted by TWI in Malaysia next August as scheduled.
