ALPHA NDT PARTICIPATED IN MAINTAINANCE AND RENOVATION OF TAM ĐAO PLATFORM

To be continuously selected as permanent NDT service supplier for projects carried out at Hyundai Vinashin shipyard, Alpha NDT has participated in maintainance and renovation of Tam Dao Platform being in dry dock at the Shipyard since the middle of May, 2006. This’s the second jackup of Vietsov Petro done with the said work at Hyundai Vinashin under supervision of Viet Nam Register. This project’s worth about twenty million US dollars including such works: changing of electric generator and pipes; renovating drilling floor; rebuild some structures and especially surveying spud can after twenty years of fixing in the sea.
Presently, Alpha NDT’s technicians have completed thickness examining for structures in principal and continued with NDT works (MT, PT, RT) for pipe system and mentioned structures.
