PAUT CORROSION MAPPING FOR COLUMN C-01 OF PV GAS

In addition to UTM and VI performed in August, recently AlphaNDT have just completed PAUT corrosion mapping for Column C-01 of Dinh Co GPP. The service has been performed to make corrosion mapping of colunm C-01 for detecting,locating and evaluating corrosion in entire curcumference with 500mm height. The work belongs to Dinh Co GPP periodical maintenance plan of the owner PV GAS.

STTFFD - BASELINE CORROSION SURVEY FOR JACKET/ DECK LEG

In August, due to PTSC MC/CLJOC contractual requirements, AlphaNDT have provided Corrosion survey for Jacket - STTFFD project with scope of UTM and API service provision for work execution of Corrosion monitoring database, T-MIN calculations, Thickness surveys, Remaining life analysis, Activity scheduling, Management reporting, Managing inspection documents, Equipment drawings, Information security and data integrity.

NDT FOR OIL TANK FABRICATION FOR NSRP

Currently, AlphaNDT have been executing PAUT/TOFD/RT/MT/PT/UT/PWHT for Oil Tank fabrication under contract with PTSC Quang Ngai. The work package is belong to Zone 2, Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical Complex Project (NSRP) and has been performed under supervision of JGCS/JVD/PTSC QN since August 2014 till now. The estimated work column is about 40 tanks.
