BASELINE CORROSION SURVEY FOR SU TU NAU & SU TU VANG SOUTH WEST PROJECTS

During June to early October 2014, AlphaNDT have performed baseline corrosion survey by UTM for Su Tu Nau & Su Tu Vang South West Projects at PTSC Yard.
The service is to perform Baseline Thickness Measurement i.e. the initial wall thickness in critical areas on the structures prior to the systems put into service and to continue during the project life cycle.
The critical areas are the area in which expected corrosion/erosion due to presence of flowing HC Gas/Liquid with significant velocity. The jacket leg, topside deck structure, Risers, Topside Piping, Tanks and Vessels would be included in this survey.
Until now, it has almost completed the site Service onshore and offshore for both Projects.
