SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHED THE TOPSIDE OF DAI HUNG FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT – PHASE II

On May 20th, the topside weighed 1,100 tonnes of Dai Hung Oilfield Development phase 2 project which to fabricate jacket, topside, helideck, piping, pile, boatlanding, flare boom was successfully launched at Vietsovpetro yard.
In this project, the consortium QIS-AlphaNDT had been assigned to be NDT contractor for the project owned by PVEP and contracted by Vietsovpetro. Provision of RT, UT, MT, PT services for the whole fabrication of the above mentioned items had been deployed by the consortium since mid Feb 2010 after contract award from Vietsovpetro.
As scheduled, in August 2011 the first oil stream will be produced increasing exploitation production of the Dai Hung Field from 4,000 barrels to 18,000 barrels per day.
