ALPHA NDT TO START ITS 2009 PERSONNEL TRAINING POLICY

In order to start 2009 personnel training policy which ‘s a part of the policy of large - scale and long - term investment in human resource, in January 2009, AlphaNDT sent 10 tecnicians to attend the Magnetic Tetsing training course conducted by PVD International Training Center at Vung Tau. This’s an intensive and practical training course in accordance with ASNT TC01 standard, with the aim of complementing their skill in NDT field. The course which had been power-packed with a distinguished panel of professional trainers who hold ASNT level III certificate lasted for four days. The successful result of final examination in both theory and practice at the end of course had been evidence of AlphaNDT’s technicians’s effort.
Based on this result, the Management Board can evaluate technician competence to made the promotion and draw up the training plan for next time.
