PHUONG DONG FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT COME TO END

Today, 21 May, at Vietsovpetro Yard, Vung Tau City, the jacket which has weight of 530 tonnes has been transported offshore to be installed at Phuong Dong OilField which located very close to Rang Dong Oil Field, Block 15-2 off the coast of Southern Viet Nam.
The Project has been executed since November 2007 including fabrictaion of one topside with weight of 387 tonnes and the jacket with the above mentioned weight for the purpose boosting exploitation productivity of Phuong Dong OilField. As scheduled, the topside will be launched on 26 May, 2008 and transported offshore for installation and running.
In this project, AlphaNDT’s assigned by JVP to supply adequate personnel, equipment, consumables and site transportation for timely conduct NDT services for such activities Onshore fabrication of seafastening of jacket, piles, boatlanding and deck, tie-in spools, risers, riser guard and Offshore installation. The approximated work volumn which are updated till today is as follows:
