BUNGA ORKID PROJECT, BO-B TO BE LOADED OUT

After 12 months of fabrication at PTSC Yard, Vung Tau City, on 16/10/2007 Bunga Orkid B Wellhead was successfully loaded out to the overlapping area between VietNam and Malaysia in order to be stabbed onto the leg extensions on the Main Deck of existing structure and welded in place. This’s one of three wellheads approximately weighed 2,000 tonnes have been fabricated at PTSC Yard since 10/2006. Attendances at the load-out ceremony included Owner Talisman Malaysia, Main contractor PTSC M & C, Fabrication subcontractor PTSC Supply Base, NDT subcontractor AlphaNDT and the other participants. In this project, AlphaNDT’s assigned to provide NDT services for BO-B, BO-C and BO-D structures which will be completely fabricated on 12/2007.
