NDT PERFORMANCE THE THIRD PERIODICAL SPECIAL SURVEY FOR ARTEMIS

Last Oct 29th, AlphaNDT successfully completed the third periodical special survey for ARTEMIS by using Ultrasonic Testing Method (UTM) for Hull Thickness Gauging performance with the scope of work is approximately 15,000 points. ARTEMIS, which belongs to CLIPPER FREIGHTERS INC, LIBERIA, is the kind of Bulk Carrier’s category I (the length is 225m and the width is 32m) with the capacity of 68,000 tons. Besides Hull Thickness Gauging performance for the above said ship, AlphaNDT also tested its Hold frames in accordance with IACS UR S31 Standard under the supervision of Class DNV. The AlphaNDT team of engineers and technicians are experienced and capable of performing their best service in the short time although the scope of work is required urgent time and reliable information.
